Your Photos to Canvas
Well, here at Colourwave we can turn your images into beautiful canvas prints in 4 easy steps. Simply upload your photo, select size and any effects you wish to add then pay .
Your photo or artwork will be printed directly onto artist grade canvas. We use a high quality 340gsm matte canvas approved to Fine Art Trade Guild standards. Combined with canon pigment based inks, your prints are guaranteed to remain crisp and vibrant for over 75 years.
Each print is measured for size and then carefully hand stretched over wooden stretcher bars made from best quality pine. The frames are 2" (5cm)thick though we can provide thinner frames on request.
We then package it and send it straight out to you.

How do I upload a photo?
To upload a photo, please click on the "CreateMyCanvas" button and you will be taken to the upload area where you will be guided quickly and easily through the process.
What file formats will you accept for my image?
Currently we only accept digital images in JPG or JPEG format to ensure speed and efficiency of upload. If you would like to use an alternative file format, please attach the image to the following email address and we will respond immediately:enquiries@colourwave.org.uk
What is the recommended image resolution?
The resolution quality from the majority of modern digital cameras will be suitable for digital canvas print reproduction. To ensure the best quality of the end result of the Canvas always
try to set your camera on the largest or highest resolution it can provide.On recieving your file we will check if the images is ok to print from.
If creating an image from scratch always ensure it is at 300dpi for canvas and 600dpi for wall murals.
Do you offer special effects of any kind?
Yes we do! We offer a range of Styles and Effects. You can select to have an effect applied to your image after you have uploaded your image. Once we have received the order our design team will be in touch via email or phone to work with you in applying the effect to your canvas print.
